Worship and Praise

Essentially, worship is going in and praise is going out.

We go into His heart first, and then we turn around and declare His goodness.

First we yield into His goodness and fall into Love with Him and then we declare His goodness, out of relationship with Him, to others.

Worship is talking to God. Praise is talking to others about God.

One is going into Him, the other is turning around and declaring His goodness to those around you.

Worship in its essence is loving Him, and praise in its essence is loving your neighbor as yourself.

In the midst of this place that worship takes you into you find your identity. Your scroll that you carry sees the place in His Heart that it was formed from, and your heart leaps as His heart bears witness to your true identity. This is the identity that He gave you from the beginning when He took a piece of your heart and formed you with it to become a living, dancing replica of His own being.

Worship prepares your heart to receive the beauty of your scroll. Until you see His beauty you will never see your own, for you are made after Him, because kind begets kind.

All that He is brings into judgment all that you have become in your own eyes.

The Crystal Sea around you has reacted to the way you have come to see yourself, and the flesh bears witness to the identity of self-image that you hold so dear…until you see Him.

Num 13:33 And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.

Worship allows you to see Him and to then begin to believe that you, as His offspring, might actually be more than what you know you have become.

Praise solidifies your position in Him as you declare His Identity into the Crystal Sea, and so you are clothed with the fragrance of that identity until you are accustomed to its clothing and you begin to wear it as your own…for such it is:

Zec 3:4 And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment.

Zec 3:5 And I said, Let them set a fair mitre upon his head. So they set a fair mitre upon his head, and clothed him with garments….

So let us worship Him and bow down before Him, until He lifts us up to sit with Him, having changed our garments and having set a crown of gold upon our head. As you are prostrate before Him having surrendered all that is within you to His Holy Flame, do you hear Him saying… “Come up!”?

Rev 4:1 …Come up hither, and I will shew thee things...

When we see things now from His perspective, we can stand upon our sight and declare to all as we bear ‘testimony’ to His Paradigm.

Mat 10:32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.

Through this confession from where we stand in Him, we solidify our own perception of Him and we ourselves are established into the same Identity that we bear witness to.

What a beautiful pathway of growth into identity has He designed for us, and it all comes from finding our seat of rest through a beautiful process of praise and worship.

Heb 4:11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest…

The description of what praise is vs. worship is so useful for me, it gave me more understanding of what you’ve already shown me. We go into His heart 1st, then we declare His goodness. All through our own experience. That is beautiful. Out of relationship, personal engagement with Him. That is pure. I shall worship my Father Yahweh more! I am so blessed to be on this journey with a supportive house that truly honor His goodness. ❤️
